SHIPPING RATES AND RETURN POLICIES

I  Domestic Shipping (Includes United States and the U.S. Territories*)
• Standard shipping rates are $8.95 for orders up to $99.00 (3 to 7 business days)
• Standard shipping rates waived for all orders of $99.00+
* U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa Palau, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

II  Back-ordered items
• All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the paid back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
• Any back-ordered item will delay your international delivery unless you contact a Laboratorios Camacho, Inc. representative at 1-800-266-2501 or via fax at 1-818-764-1229. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.

III  Additional Shipping Details
• Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO are sent via USPS only
• We will notify you via e-mail of any complication with your credit card
• Laboratorios Camacho, Inc. strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

IV  Returns by mail
You may return any item purchased from Laboratorios Camacho, Inc. for any reason within thirty days (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the amount of the unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. Items purchased at any Casa Camacho, Inc. store must be returned to that store for credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For return via USPS mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and physical receipt of the return must be made within the 30 day period. Laboratorios Camacho, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
